About the Author

HERO Keith D. Young is the author and artist of Black Goddess Legacy of the Sacred Feminine, or BGL for short.

BGL began with the Author’s goal of recovering the historical records of the “missing” Mother Goddess, which had been virtually erased from the religions of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.

After years of research the Author was able to uncover the lost, stolen, and whitewashed history of the Mother Goddess through dedicated comparative analysis of various religious texts, myths, faery tales, and spiritual traditions.

The information contained within the pages of BGL is not new, it’s actually ancient. The Author makes no claims of making any original discoveries, as many others have written many excellent books on the subject. However, BGL does contain the Author’s special blend of art, information and personal anecdotes related to the Author’s own personal journey and explorations into the existence of God’s female counterpart, that he has come to know as “The Lady, Mistress of the House, and Wife of God.”

Hero’s notes and sketches became the chapters and illustrations for Black Goddess Legacy of the Sacred Feminine.

The principal goal of Black Goddess Legacy of the Sacred Feminine is to educate, inspire, and empower readers with comprehensive, and entertaining information, and evidence, which reveals the divine presence of the melanated “Black” Mother Goddess throughout history, mythology, and religion.
